The necessity of providing a disabled individual with appropriate and early medical and rehabilitative support has been proven. Children with disabilities may have epilepsy, personality disorders, hearing problems, intellectual deficiency, speech or vision problems, or motor disorders, etc. If these problems are not treated, they can lead to serious consequences: dependence on others, isolation, complications and pain, or irreversible deformities.
