Job Opening: Junior IT Support

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Support to join our IT team with the following qualifications:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolving IT support requests from employees
  • Good knowledge in Active directory domain and services
  • Good knowledge in Networking
  • Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
  • Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
  • Changing configurations and settings to fix computer issues
  • Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
  • Updating employees on the status of their service requests
  • Providing daily report on completed and pending tasks

 

  • Experience: between 1 and 3 years
  • Education: Bachelor degree or Technical Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize issues effectively.
  • Schedule: From Monday to Friday from 8 am till 3:30 pm
