Job Opening: Junior IT Support
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Support to join our IT team with the following qualifications:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Resolving IT support requests from employees
- Good knowledge in Active directory domain and services
- Good knowledge in Networking
- Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
- Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
- Changing configurations and settings to fix computer issues
- Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
- Updating employees on the status of their service requests
- Providing daily report on completed and pending tasks
- Experience: between 1 and 3 years
- Education: Bachelor degree or Technical Diploma in Information Technology or related field
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize issues effectively.
- Schedule: From Monday to Friday from 8 am till 3:30 pm
