4 personnes du SESOBEL ont participé à un congrès international intitulé : « International conference on cerebral palsy and other childhood on set disabilities », à Stockholm-Suède du 1 au 4 juin 2016.
Ce congrès a rassemblé plusieurs organisations internationales, provenant de 66 pays et regroupant au-delà de 1500 professionnels, travaillant avec des enfants en situation de handicap.
SESOBEL a participé par la présentation de 4 posters et une communication orale :
-Une communication orale intitulée « is the Acetabulum an etiological factor in the internal hip rotation gait profile in children with cerebral palsy? “
- Deux posters: « Are spino-pelvic parameters correlated to Gait Kinematics in children with cerebral palsy? et ”3D muscular parameters in children with cerebral palsy with no medical history.”
- Un poster: “Repeatablity and uncertainty assessment of the Lebanese version of Test of Aided-communication Symbol Performance (TASP) in typically developing children.
- Un poster : « the short and long term of a prone standing program on muscle length in non ambulant children with cerebral palsy.”
Le congrès a permis aux unités (Orthophonie et physiothérapie) d’être à jour sur toutes les nouveautés, qui peuvent être intégrées et appliquées auprès de nos enfants etde pouvoir par la suite améliorer la qualité des services proposés par l’équipe médicale de SESOBEL.
